While Boarding for us is a new venture, we have been involved in showing, hunting and breeding AKC Labrador Retrievers for over 20 years. All of our dogs are part of the family and are integrated into our daily lives. We have also had Bullmastiffs and English Cocker Spaniels so we have a variety of knowledge and experience with different breeds and temperments.
12 Acres of country grass, pastures, cows, horses, goats and various wildlife as well as a creek and pond welcome your arrival at Soundview Boarding Kennel. All of our guest quarters at Soundview are spacious, heated, air conditioned, covered and include fleece bedding.
During their stay, all of our guests will enjoy time outdoors in our exercise yards so they will have plenty of time each day of their stay to romp and play in the fresh country air. Each of our guests are given social time with our staff during the day and we take pride in the special care we provide to elderly pets.
Soundview Boarding Kennel is located on the beautiful Kitsap Peninsula in Kingston WA. Just a quick ferry ride from Edmonds, Seattle, Bellevue and all the West Side.
Marcy and Alan are the proud owners of Soundview Boarding Kennel. Marcy has been Showing, Breeding and training dogs for over 25 years as well as limited judging with AKC. She has also been on the Board of the Puget Sound Labrador Retriever Association for over 10 years. We use our long history in the dog world as well as our passion for animals to ensure exceptional care for your pet.
Your pet’s health, safety and comfort while at Soundview Boarding Kennel are the highest priority for us. Our familiarity and awareness of canine health provides the ability to recognize issues and we will alert the pet’s owner right away if there is anything out of the ordinary. Our genuine focus is for each pet’s owner to feel confident that their pet is in compassionate and capable hands while they are away – and that the pet is having a fun time at Soundview!
